Time & Delivery

Your dream wedding dress will take ten months to arrive to your door steps, our team here will keep you updated throughout the process. We recommend that you order your dress 12-14 months before your wedding date. We also provide rush orders however this will need to be approved by our Tee & Ing Bridal Team at an additional fee, please contact Anna at teeanding@gmail.com.

Once your dress has been fabricated by our professional seamstresses, we will do one final quality check to ensure that it meets our meticulously high standards. We will post your dress off in a Tee & Ing Bridal presentation box with a complimentary dust bag. You will receive the tracking number via email once we have posted it off.

International Shipping

Tee & Ing Bridal Ships Worldwide at a flat rate of $100, this excludes Import duties, taxes and custom charges which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Receiving your dream dress

Once you have received your dress please try on your dress at your earliest convenience. (please ensure you try it on without make-up, lotion or fake-tan).

If there are any issues with the measurements that you believe was a mistake on our end, please contact us immediately with accompanying photos and we’ll be happy to rectify it at our cost. Please ensure to contact us immediately as we’ll only cover this cost if this issue is brought to us within 24 hours of delivery.

These dresses are made according to the generic size you’ve selected and professional measurements you’ve provided.  It’s vital for you to get professionally measured to ensure we can match you with our sizing chart, we may need to round up your size up or down.

Further alternations may be required for the perfect fit, we can recommend seamstresses in Brisbane. Alteration does come at an additional cost, please keep this in mind and budget accordingly. 

Returns

Our Tee & Ing Dresses are made to order specifically for you, so unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund.

We are happy to provide additional photos if this helps you make your decision easier. We guarantee that the photos on our website are the same as our samples.

If you still have any reservations about purchasing the dress, we recommend booking an appointment at our home studio to try on the wedding dress for your peace of mind.

Change of Mind

Our Tee & Ing Dresses are made to order especially for you, so unfortunately, we do not refund due to change of mind or the reasoning “the dress doesn’t suit you”.
